Privacy, plainly.

This is the short, honest version of a privacy policy. We built it the way we build everything: no padding, no dark patterns, nothing designed to be skimmed past.
01What we collect
If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write in the message. If you join our mailing list, we store your email address.
That is the whole list. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not fingerprint your browser, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.
02How we use it
Contact details are used to reply to you and to run the project you hired us for. Mailing list addresses are used to send occasional studio notes - you can leave with one click, any time.
We never sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties except the services below, which we need to operate.
03Services we rely on
Email delivery and our mailing list run on Resend. Our site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent) to serve pages and prevent abuse.
Both process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments. We deliberately keep this list short.
04Client work
Anything you share with us during a project - code, credentials, business information - is treated as confidential by default, whether or not an NDA is in place. Access is limited to the people working on your project.
When a project ends, we hand everything over and delete credentials we no longer need.
05Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@arovi.app and we will sort it out - usually within a few days, not a statutory maximum.
06Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and note the change here. We will not quietly weaken it.
