Arovi is an AI-native product studio. These terms cover your use of this website and, at a high level, how engagements with us work. Individual projects are governed by their own written proposal, which wins if the two ever disagree.

The content here is ours (or licensed to us). You are welcome to read, link and share it. You may not scrape it wholesale, pass it off as your own, or use it to train a model that competes with us - be reasonable.

Prices published on this site are honest starting points, not binding quotes. Every engagement gets a written proposal with a fixed scope, price and timeline before work starts. That document - not this page - is the contract.

When a project is paid for, the deliverables are yours: code, designs, repos, infrastructure and accounts. We keep the right to reuse generic, non-confidential techniques and internal tooling we bring to every project.

We may list your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to - and we will always ask before publishing anything confidential.

We promise professional work, honest communication and the timelines we put in writing. We do not promise that software - ours or anyone’s - is free of every defect, or that AI systems will behave perfectly in every case. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the fees you paid us for the work in question.

We may update these terms as the studio evolves. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
