These terms apply to our website, waitlist, app, and related communication channels.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information when joining the waitlist or creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any activity under your account.

3. Service description

Arovi provides an AI companion experience for reflection, accountability, and personal growth support.

Arovi is not a medical provider, therapist, emergency service, or crisis response system.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform to harm others.

You must not submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details will be presented before purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel according to your account settings.

6. Intellectual property

Arovi branding, software, and related materials are owned by Arovi or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our proprietary materials without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted use or specific outcomes.

Personal growth results vary by user. Arovi does not guarantee specific emotional, professional, or health outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arovi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months before the claim, where permitted.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post an updated date and provide notice where required.

Continuing to use the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
